Over the summer of 2009, my wife and I as spokesmen for a radio client went through a weight loss program with our health coaches at Great Shape For You.  Pay and Gayle Edwards coached us through our weight loss goals using the Medifast 5 and 1 meal plan.  My first week I will admit was no fun at all but I soon got accustomed to eating smaller portions but more frequently through out the day.  In just under 8 weeks I reached my goal and lost 40 lbs.  It’s now the middle of January 2010 and ...

My wife and I started a weight loss program about 12 weeks ago. I was looking to lose 35 lbs and she wanted to lose 38. I hit my goal in just under 8 weeks and Debbie is about three lbs away from her goal. I am lazy when it comes to diets but this has really worked for us.
